Mark Manus established the firm with Mr. Lipsig in 1989. Since that time he has won several multi-million-dollar settlements for injured clients, including a $1.2 million award for the estate of a 14-year-old boy who drowned while on a canoe trip; a $1.5 million for an amputee who lost his remaining leg after being struck by a bus; and $1 million for several families of victims of the Happyland Social Club fire.
