James had extensive business experience before entering the legal profession, having owned and managed highly profitable ventures for over a decade. Since his admission to the New York State Bar in 2000, he has practiced exclusively in personal injury law, consistently applying his business acumen to negotiate effectively with defense attorneys and insurance carriers to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Before joining The Lipsig Law Firm in 2008, James served as both a litigator and manager at several of New York’s most respected law firms. Since coming aboard, he has led our Special Case Unit, focusing on motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters. His work has resulted in over $85 million in recoveries for our clients, reflecting his dedication, strategic insight, and relentless pursuit of justice.
