Michael A. Marando

Michael A. Marando worked for the Lipsig Firm during law school and joined the firm as an attorney upon graduation. Michael handles all types of cases, including construction accidents, premises accidents, products liability and wrongful death. He is a tenacious advocate and passionate about recovering full compensation for catastrophically injured victims.

Michael has been a part of a trial team that has secured several multi-million dollar settlements. He skillfully incorporates cutting edge technology into the presentation of his cases.

Michael’s passion for advocacy developed in law school where he competed nationally in Moot Court and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Societies. He received national recognition for his opening statements and cross-examinations at multiple highly competitive competitions.

During college, Michael was a captain of the Fordham University Division-1 Football Team. He holds the record for most field-goals and points by a kicker in school history. He brings his “football tough” approach to work and the courtroom every day.
