Elliot M. Schaktman

Elliot M. Schaktman joined our law firm as an experienced litigator. Representing accident victims for over 37 years, Elliot handles complex matters including Labor Law, premises, municipal and all personal injury cases in both New York and New Jersey.

Elliot’s experience includes managing partner of a personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm and working at his own plaintiff’s personal injury practice. We are pleased that Elliot brings his high level of litigation experience and knowledge as a major asset to the Lipsig law firm.

Elliot believes that attention to detail and being prepared is the best way to properly litigate a case for our clients. He has dedicated his career to fighting tough battles on behalf of his clients to obtain fair and just compensation and continues to achieve great results.
