Rider University Student Rithika Ramasubbu Injured In Car Accident After Being Hit By Snow Plot During During Nor’easter; Victim Reportedly Run Over Multiple Times By Snow Plow
LAWRENCEVILLE, NEW JERSEY (March 9, 2018) – A sophomore at Rider University was seriously injured after she was hit multiple times by a snow plow as she was walking on Campus by Lincoln Hall.
Lawrenceville police and Rider University officials have been able to identify the girl that was hit in the crash as Rithika Ramasubbu.
Witnesses are saying that Rithika Ramasubbu was hit by the snowplow as it passed by and she became trapped underneath.
Unfortunately, the driver of the snowplow drove forward and hit the victim a second time.
The driver proceeded to back up and hit Rithika Ramasubbu a third time.
Rider University officials are saying that the victim was taken to the hospital in order to receive treatment for her injuries from the accident.
