Newborn and Two Other People Injured In Car Crash Involving Garbage Truck on Old Willets Path
HAUPPAUGE, NEW YORK (March 24, 2018) – A baby and two other people were injured in an accident involving a garbage truck according to Suffolk Police.
A garbage truck making a right turn hit a Jeep carrying an infant as the car was traveling northbound on Old Willets Path.
A man, woman and baby inside of the jeep were taken to the Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in order to be treated for their injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the garbage truck accident remains ongoing at this time.
